The business is now recruiting a Head of Sales to lead their private label division.
Job Description
As Head of Sales, you will be P&L responsible for £300m across the private label division with a team of 9 direct reports. You will be the lead in the UK business for private label, reporting directly to head office in Italy.
Your team will manage customers across major mults, discounters, and high street retailers.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for the following experience:
* Head of/Controller/Sales Director level from an FMCG background.
* Degree educated.
* People management experience.
* Must have private label experience; however, a mix of brand and PL would be advantageous.
* Experience of managing sizeable P&L across a range of customer channels.
* Key competence areas:
* Leadership & Management.
* Communication skills.
* Negotiating skills.
* Resilience around both internal issues and external pressures.

* Up to £90,000.
