We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmaceutical Technical Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing technical projects within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, implementation, and optimization of pharmaceutical systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage pharmaceutical technical projects from conception through to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, quality assurance, etc.) to align project goals with organizational objectives.
3. Provide technical expertise in the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
4. Implement engineering solutions to improve operational efficiency, safety, and quality across manufacturing processes.
5. Prepare technical documentation and reports to support regulatory submissions and inspections.
6. Ensure that all project activities comply with MHRA and other relevant regulatory requirements, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
7. Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and innovation across departments.
8. Provide technical training and guidance to team members as needed.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Pharmaceutical Engineering or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a project Engineer or in similar environments.
3. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements (MHRA, EMA, and GMP).
