STADA UK |Natures Aid - Sales Coordinator International Kirkham, Preston |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day export and sales activities, ensuring smooth administration processes while building strong relationships with international customers and affiliates throughout the order process. You will play a crucial part in supporting the Business Development Manager - Inernational by preparing quotations and export documentation, as well as liaising with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency. How You Will Make an Impact You will prepare all quotations for the Natures Aid brand, ensuring timely responses to requests from the International Sales Manager. You will also manage export shipping documentation, work closely with the Regulatory Affairs Officer for product registration, and maintain accurate customer records. Your role will involve supporting credit management and addressing customer queries efficiently, all while adhering to company policies and health and safety practices. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine, as you ensure all export and registration files are meticulously maintained. You will be the friendly voice on the phone, providing excellent customer service and support to the overall office team. Your proactive approach and 'can do' attitude will be essential in adapting to the evolving needs of the business. What We Are Looking For You have experience in a similar export sales role, with a thorough understanding of export documentation such as EUR1s and Health Certificates. Your excellent communication and relationship-building skills enable you to manage stakeholders effectively. You are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail, allowing you to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, is essential, and experience in the vitamin/supplement industry will be a significant advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
