About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated team players with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to join our exciting team who are willing to work flexibly around the needs of children and young people.
Northamptonshire Childrens Trust has an exciting new project to support children and young people deemed on the edge of care. We are looking for confident, key workers who can act as the lead professional and can co-ordinate high quality, preventative and intensive targeted interventions with children and adolescents with complex needs on the edge of going into care or who need support with reunification with their families after being in care.

About Us
Northamptonshire Childrens Trust was established in November 2020 to deliver Childrens Services to the newly established North and West Northants County Councils. The Trust is wholly owned and funded but operationally independent from the Councils; this provides the organisation with unique opportunities to explore new ways of working and to be more agile and adaptable in its approach to service delivery.
