What skills and experience we're looking for
The Norton Knatchbull School is seeking an inspirational and dedicated Subject Leader of Languages to start in September 2025. We welcome applicants from either selective or wide ability settings, who are keen to work with high achieving and motivated students. The successful applicant will be expected to have experience of teaching Spanish or French up to and including A Level, and a proven track record of examination success, as well as the ability to teach French or Spanish in KS3. You must be an excellent classroom practitioner who leads by example, be able to inspire and be ambitious in your expectations of both colleagues and students.
