Make Every Day Special as an Activities Coordinator at CrossReach!
Every resident at CrossReach has their own story, personality, and interests – and we believe every day should be filled with joy, connection, and purpose. That’s where you come in! As an Activities Coordinator, you’ll bring creativity, energy, and compassion to help make our homes vibrant, engaging places to live.
What will you be doing?
1. Planning & leading activities – from arts & crafts to gentle exercise, music, baking, and everything in between!
2. Creating personalised experiences – getting to know residents and tailoring activities to their interests and abilities.
3. Bringing people together – organising group activities to encourage socialising, laughter, and friendships.
4. Making every moment count – from one-to-one chats to memory-sharing sessions, you’ll help create a warm, supportive environment.
5. Working with an amazing team – collaborating with carers, volunteers, and families to enhance residents' well-being.
Is this you?
1. You love organising fun and engaging activities.
2. You have a warm, caring nature and enjoy spending time with people.
3. You’re full of ideas and bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity.
4. You’re patient, kind, and able to adapt activities to different needs.
At CrossReach, one of Scotland’s largest social care charities, whether you have experience in care, are coming from a completely different career, or are stepping into your first role straight from school, we provide a supportive environment where you can thrive and grow.
Ready to bring joy and make a real difference? Apply today and be part of something truly rewarding!
Benefits:
We offer a range of benefits that you would expect from an organisation that supports others, including:
1. Access to exclusive retail and leisure discounts through our rewards scheme and the Blue Light Discount card.
2. A generous contributory pension plan and death in service benefit.
3. Enhanced family-friendly policies.
4. Access to our health cash plan, giving you cash back for a wide range of health treatments.
5. Access to a care concierge service to assist you with life's challenges.
6. Support for your training and development, including contributions to professional membership fees.
