MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY TASKS:

A pro-active hand’s on Commercial Manager role working closely with the Chief Sales Officer.
*
The role will manage, support and develop the Sales team of account Managers and CSR at My clients company.
*
Manage and interpret customer expectations and general activity, heighten customer interaction by means of good communications and as and when required, customer visits and involvement with internal and off site customer meetings.
*
Be 1st point of customer escalation when customer complaints or issues arise.
*
Review bookings and billings reports on a weekly basis to ensure AV and MGP is maintained at budgeted level.
*
Provide monthly report on KPI`s such as major quotes won and lost, New business opportunities.
*
Develop and be responsible for the Annual sales and bookings budget for My clients COMPANYcustomers to be agreed with CSO.
*
Maintain personal Account Management responsibility for selected key accounts and continue to build strong relationships with the key stakeholders.
*
Identify and win new opportunities with new customers with support of Chief Sales Officer as appropriate.
*
Cross sell EC Electronics capabilities to My clients customer base i.e pcb assemblies, overmoulding.
*
Ensure new orders are entered on Sage within 24 hours where possible
*
