The Property Management and Consultancy Departments manage a diverse range of properties across all sectors for private and corporate clients and have an opening for an experienced Building Surveyor or Architect.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Building Surveyor or Architect to join our team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of projects, providing expert surveying services and ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. The position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about career development and delivering high standards of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor projects, budgets and schedules effectively.
* Advise clients on property matters, including maintenance, repairs and compliance.
* Advise on developments and provide support and advise within the practice.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Utilise Auto CAD and other software tools for accurate design and construction.
The Person
The successful candidate for the role will:
* Qualified Building Surveyor or Architect (ARB) with minimum 5 years' experience.
* Team player working closely with the Management and Consultancy Team.
* Enthusiastic individual interested in growing existing service line.
* Practice knowledge of the construction process and the regulatory environment for developments as well as construction costs.
* Effective and professional communication skills for liaising with clients and funders and for building relationships.
* Proficient in IT including Excel, Word and Auto CAD and other relevant tools and experience in preparing reports to agreed formats and templates
* Hold a current UK Driving Licence.
