We are looking for a Repairs Planner to join the team of a well-established organisation in the Birmingham area, on a temporary basis. This role offers a great opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company whilst working in a friendly team.
Job Details:
Monday to Friday / 35 hours
£15-18ph paid weekly via umbrella
Birmingham based
Temporary basis
Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling out of hour and reactive maintenance work
2. Liaising with tenants regarding work orders
3. Managing engineers' diaries and allocating work
4. Dealing with fleet vehicles and transport
5. Raising purchase orders and ensuring accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role (Repairs scheduler/ ppm coordinator/ works planner/ service delivery coordinator etc)
2. Ability to liaise with contractors and tenants
3. Ability to work in office 5 days a week
