Key Responsibilities: Drive the growth of the Employment Law service, creating and executing a lead generation strategy. Provide expert legal advice on a range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, disputes, and tribunal claims. Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, leveraging both personal and firm networks. Represent clients in complex tribunal cases and negotiations. Collaborate with other global offices to deliver seamless cross-jurisdictional services. Stay ahead of employment law developments to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions. Candidate Profile: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law. Proven business development skills and ability to attract new clients or bring a strong client following. In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and a track record in Employment Tribunal representation. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
