The Role Ranked by the prestigious Legal 500 Tier system, you will work as part of this renowned and quickly growing Edinburgh Banking and Finance team with colleagues from across the UK. The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full gamut of financial work, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, managing conditions precedent processes, inter-creditor arrangements, and any issues which arise relating to living lending transactions. The Ideal Candidate Has 3 years PQE with a strong general background of banking expertise.
