Conduct ing telephone assessments with individuals with various physical, mental health and/or learning disabilities Using your clinical skills, knowledge and critical reasoning to write up a full, objective report based on your findings. The role as Disability Assessor is a step away from the normal clinical role and involves no treatment, diagnosing, decision making or hands on care You will not be involved in deciding whether or not the claimant receives the benefit or how much they receive.
