This role is a job share, working three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), with shared Class Teacher responsibilities, including planning and marking. This position is available for an immediate start or from February half-term until May half-term, potentially extending into the summer. The responsibilities of this Reception Teacher role, include: Deliver high-quality teaching as a Primary Teacher in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting. Plan and mark work in line with curriculum requirements. Work collaboratively in a job share arrangement, ensuring consistency for pupils. Maintain excellent behaviour management strategies. Provide engaging and interactive lessons that foster a love of learning. Uphold the school's high standards and commitment to pupil development. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential. Proven experience as a Reception Teacher or within EYFS. Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Ability to work effectively in a job share role. Commitment to delivering high standards of education within a Primary School environment.
