Collections Agent
My client who works within the financing industry is seeking an experienced Collections Agent to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details: Collections Agent
* Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning per month – rotating weekly rota of 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm.
* Permanent contract.
* 34 days holiday.
* 8% matched pension.
* Hybrid working.
* Salary up to £30,000.
Duties and Experience: Collections Agent
* To communicate with customers who have failed to meet their contractual payments towards their purchase agreement.
* Ensure that all customer agreements are reviewed thoroughly to understand the customer’s situation.
* Review arrears repayment plans on a regular basis to ensure they remain in line with the customer’s circumstances.
* Communicate with the customers both verbally and in writing in a clear, fair and not misleading way.
* Support colleagues and the department to ensure all department aims are achieved.
* Liaise from time to time with 3rd parties in relation to the management of the customer’s account.
* The successful candidate will be required at all times to act within the standards expected within Consumer Duty and comply with The Conduct Rules.
* Must have experience in collections.
* Must have experience in working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
