Junior National Account Manager – Premium Food Brand
At MKJ Ignite, we connect top commercial talent with the most exciting challenger brands in FMCG. Right now, we’re hiring for a fast-growing premium food brand that’s shaking up mealtimes with all-natural, high-quality sauces. Already stocked in major retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice accounts, they’re growing fast—and they need a Junior National Account Manager to help take them to the next level.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial team and gain hands-on experience in national account management. You’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing & Growing Accounts – Build relationships with key retail, wholesale & foodservice partners to drive long-term success.
2. Winning New Business – Identify and secure new stockists to expand the brand’s footprint.
3. Supporting Sales & Execution – Assist with JBP negotiations, promotions & in-market execution.
4. Data & Insights – Analyse sales data to track performance and spot opportunities for growth.
5. Stock & Orders – Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth supply.
6. Trade Marketing – Support trade events and help create compelling sales materials.
What We’re Looking For
Some experience in FMCG sales/account management (retail, wholesale, or foodservice).
A commercial mindset—confident with numbers, sales data & market trends.
Experience working with retailers & distributors (Ocado, Bidfood, Brakes = a plus!).
Passion for high-quality food & challenger brands.
A go-getter who’s excited to learn, grow, and make an impact!
