The FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights to the finance and operational leadership. He takes an active role in Forecasting the financials of the business and then measuring and explaining Actuals versus forecast. The FP&A analyst is also supporting the business on process and cost out initiatives. Main Responsibilities Cost Control Elaborate detailed budget for the different functions and categories of spend Partner with Functional leaders to plan and review commitments and costs incurred Reallocate costs to the relevant cost centre when required Forecasting & Reporting Establish Forecast by department and cost categories Provide variance analysis versus Forecast Contribute to the monthly closing process, posting journals Financial reporting through our Corporate consolidation tool (OneStream) Coordinate the monthly reporting pack for the business Hourly Rate / Recoveries Support functional leaders with the tracking of the hours booked by the teams Forecast Hours and financial recovery; explain variances to forecast Calculation of hourly labour rates by functions, communicate on variances Product Cost Analysis Transversal reporting of the Product Cost… Analysis of Raw Material and Standard Costing for labour across our range of products Person Specification Qualifications Preferred for CIMA, ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified Skills Strong analytical mindset Advanced Excel & modelling• Process driven, continuous improvement Experience Experience in manufacturing corporation is essential. 5 years’ experience Knowledge of ERP systems (Sap, Oracle, Sage) About Us BRUSH Switchgear provide agile and adaptive engineering solutions and products, including consultancy services, design, and project management as well as award-winning product technology, to a wide range of projects.
