Evidence-based supported employment, Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is the model being used and the post holder will be instrumental in its implementation guided by the IPS team leader. The role will involve working directly with Care coordinators, Jobcentre Plus, employers, trade unions, and employment agencies to keep people in employment and secure employment opportunities. You will work closely with practitioners in Thurrock Community Mental Health teams, and primary care and secondary care services serving Thurrock.
