Ricoh Smart Lockers are the best solution to transform time-consuming manual tasks into automated processes. They are connected technologies used to deliver secure storage space and manage transactional processes. Our Ricoh Smart Lockers deliver secure authenticated 24x7 access, with cloud-based monitoring providing real-time visibility, tracking, insights, and reporting. With 4,800 certified field service engineers, 25 000 lockers installed (1.3 million doors) and 150 installs each week across Europe you will be joining a large team spearheading Ricoh's drive for performance and efficiency. What You Will Be Doing As one of our Smart Locker Technician Trainee's you will be fully trained through our 2 year programme to perform efficient installations, maintenance and repair services on our Smart Lockers located across the outlined field based areas. You will ensure our Smart Locker customers receive outstanding service and embrace the Ricoh core value of Customer Centricity. We also ask that you strive to achieve self- improvement and continuous professional development in order to keep up with the ever changing demands of the technology sector and the rapidly expanding portfolio of the products and services Ricoh supports.
