The Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for a ssisting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team with adding value to the wider business. You will support a range of stakeholders across multiple departments with key information and insights on a daily basis, and assist with the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting whilst promoting continuous improvement throughout the organization and will be located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire/Remote (Hybrid) In this role, a typical day will look like, including but not limited to: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Preparing data and analysis to facilitate the daily management of the business Forecasting/Budgeting: Assisting with the Revenue, Margin, OPEX, CAPEX & OCOGS Monthly Forecasting and Annual Budgeting Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with associates across the Commercial & Operational departments to meet the company's goals Process Improvement: Helping to drive continuous process improvement throughout the FP&A Team and wider organisation The essential requirements of the job include : Part Qualified Accountant (AAT, ACCA, Finance Related Degree etc.) Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs etc.) Highly Analytical & Curious (challenges/interrogates the numbers instead of just reporting them) 1 Years of experience in a Finance function Able to demonstrate technical finance ability (concept of revenue, gross margin, operating margin, variance etc) At Linx, a Veralto Company, we grow talent; we give you the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths.
