Contract: Full time, Fixed term (Maternity cover) until 31/08/2026, All year round.
Salary: M1 – UPS3 (£31,650 - £49,084)

We are looking for a qualified Teacher of Religion and Worldviews to join our collaborative department. Religious Studies is a successful and valued subject, and most students choose to study it at GCSE, enjoying enthusiastic discussion and academic rigour. We have an exciting curriculum that encourages our students to develop their own voice and better understand their peers. We are looking for a dynamic professional who is ambitious and has a passion for teaching and learning.
This role is offered on a temporary basis. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. This is a full-time role; however, we would consider those looking for part-time positions.
We look for passionate individuals who want to transform education and will actively contribute to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy. You will be used to planning and consistently delivering high-quality lessons, have experience in delivering the curriculum in your chosen area, and be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students. A well-qualified specialist, holding QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree, you will have the ability to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. We seek professionals with excellent class management skills and high expectations of work and behaviour.
