The Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine (RLHIM) Queen Square Division UCLH NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Nursing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Assistant with demonstrable interest or experience in Outpatient clinics who has excellent communication skills. You must demonstrate nurse leadership skills; have outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead on promoting high quality care for all. First-rate organisational and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently in a busy and fast paced work environment are key.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to support, train, develop and educate others, work well autonomously and as a team member in a team. The post holder will also support the running of RLHIM group clinics which includes calling the patients three (3) days prior to their appointment date for pre attendance, instructing the patient about the details of their appointment and documenting the outcome of the call on EPIC,
open, close, clean and disinfect the clinic room between group sessions and ensure that all the necessary supplies needed for the group clinics are in place.
