Job Title: In-Store Product Demonstrator
Hourly Wage: starting at $18.00/hour
Job Status: Part time, contract for 4 weeks
Schedule:
Dates: Nov 30th and Dec 1st, Dec 7th and 8th, Dec 14th and 15th, Dec 21st and 22nd
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays from 12PM-6PM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct in-store sampling events highlighting featured products.
2. Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases.
3. Product Knowledge: Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively.
4. Setup and Cleanup: Organize product displays and follow food safety protocols.
5. Sales Support: Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases.
6. Compliance: Follow company and store guidelines, ensuring demonstrations meet safety standards.
Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products.
4. Positive, energetic, lively, and charismatic.
5. Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided).
6. Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset.
Work Environment:
1. In-store work during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends).
2. Branded uniforms will be provided.
3. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
