We seek to appoint a Behavioural Support Officer for 37 hours per week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at George Pindar School.

The core focus of this job is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the schools Attendance and Behaviour Policy and improving the attendance and behaviour of identified students who attendance and/or behaviour is a barrier to their performance. The post holder will work as part of a team, responding to infringements of the school's behaviour policy and will record, monitor evaluate and report on attendance and behaviour data using school systems.
