I am delighted to be working one of Northern Ireland’s leading water hygiene specialists who are now recruiting for a new Administrator to join their growing team!
The role:
* Update and maintain database and records.
* Put together end of month progress reports.
* Dealing with customers by phone professionally.
* Processing purchase orders as and when required.
* Producing certificates, reports, training materials and logbooks.
What we need from you:
* 1+ years’ experience as an administrator.
* Advanced IT skills in MS Office.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work as a team.
* Able to work in a busy working environment.
