Equal Education Partners is is in search of a proficient Cover Supervisor who is fluent in Welsh to support various schools in the Llanelli area.
In this role, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, providing a seamless educational experience for students and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
You will have the flexibility to choose your assignments on a full-time or part-time basis, working across multiple schools that cater to Welsh-speaking students. This position is perfect for individuals looking to contribute to the education sector while enhancing their experience and would be an ideal opportunity for a Graduate who is interested in pursuing a teaching career and who is keen to gain experience within an education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and engage students during lessons
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students are on task
* Manage classroom behaviour and foster a productive learning environment
* Encourage student participation and support their learning needs
* Be committed to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
To be a Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor with Equal Education Partners, you must:
Be fluent in Welsh (essential) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing for us to process a new one
Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and experience of working with children, ideally in secondary school setting
Be committed to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children
