About the Role
You will be providing an excellent customer experience for both prospect businesses and existing customers. We achieve this through constant collaboration with our sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the business is achieving goals, while consistently improving our customer satisfaction scores and process improvement.
Responsibilities
1. Focusing on delivering an excellent customer journey by partnering with other teams to serve the customer and ensure the customer experience is good.
2. Being a direct point of contact for the customer, including handling incoming customer queries such as billing and invoice queries, and updating the product configuration user access, allowing the customer to maintain and ultimately grow their services with us.
3. Being the ‘last line of defence’ for data hygiene management within the CRM system, ensuring that customer accounts, opportunities, and communication records are kept up to date and accurate.
4. Providing tailored support to each of our prospect or existing customers during critical times such as contracting or renewing, communicating clearly and effectively the requirements and next steps, resulting in a frictionless customer experience.
Requirements
1. Have a customer-first mindset and the ability to deliver results on time.
2. Experience of working in a B2B environment with high-value corporate clients.
3. Have an administrative background and be proficient in Microsoft applications.
4. Demonstrate excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
5. Be able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
6. Have a keen eye for detail, which is important to deliver work to a consistently high level.
