As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our holiday parks, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience and that our business continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the complex, including the retail units and food and beverage operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
* Monitor and control budgets and margins for all areas of the food and beverage operation.
* Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies.
