You’ll be an absolute pro at juggling administrative tasks, extremely well organised and you'll love working in a collaborative environment. You will also need to be proficient with IT, a whizz with Microsoft packages and your keen eye for detail and accuracy will be highly valued. You want to play a crucial role in the success of the team and will also enjoy the flexibility this role offers allowing you to work in a hybrid environment. You will be self-motivated whether you’re at home or working with our talented team here at our beautiful Grade II listed building And what will you be doing? Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply: Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks Prepare and process legal packs Communicating with solicitors to provide information Maintain and update customer databases and sales records Documentation and Reporting: Manage and organise documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales manager Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and office management Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales inquiries Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other departments such as finance, property management and credit control to ensure seamless operations Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions Provide training and support to new sales team members as needed What’s in it for you?
