About the role: As a SEN teaching assistant, you will: Work collaboratively with class teachers to support the learning and development of children with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP’s), as well as other pupils in alignment with the National Curriculum and SEn code of practice Encourage pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social integration Provide targeted support to individuals or groups of pupils, ensuring they can access the curriculum, engage with learning and celebrate achievements Benefits: The role comes with a full induction programme and continuous professional development opportunities.
