SPF - Employer Liaison & Work Placement Officer - Temporary

37 hours per week
Fixed term up to 31st March 2025 covering Maternity Leave
Are you an experienced Employment Liaison & Work Placement Officer, with the know-how of managing a challenging caseload, along with setting up meaningful voluntary and work experience opportunities? Can you engage, encourage, empower and challenge participants to improve their wellbeing and motivation? You will need to thrive in a target driven environment where you will be able to reach engagement targets and caseload eligible participants including developing action plans, addressing their barriers, developing their skills to progress.
You will need to be highly organised and motivated to perform to the highest standards and engage participants at a time convenient to them, so some evening and weekend working many be required. You will relish the opportunity to work in a large team which will host a range of skills to offer participants. You must be a team player able to make the most of working in partnership to further your participants aims with a range of organisations, especially those in the local community.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.

A valid driving licence is requirement for this post.
