We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT professional to join our client's team for a 4-month contract, providing high-quality technical support across a range of systems and technologies. Key Responsibilities: ? Providing 2nd line support - troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues ? Supporting Windows 10 & Server OS, Servers, VMs/vSphere, Azure, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktops, MDM, Microsoft MFA, and Office 365 ? Handling Active Directory account management ? Installing, upgrading, and supporting software applications ? Troubleshooting and maintaining VPNs and remote support tools ? Supporting iOS & Android devices (MDM) ? Using IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management tools ? Applying ITIL best practices What We're Looking For: ?? 4 years' experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role ?? Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting expertise ?? Excellent customer service skills - both face-to-face and over the phone ??
