The glue between our new business growth and marketing, you help drive opportunities and bring our agency’s story to life with smart, organised and proactive support. You’re excited by creative industries and love the buzz of connecting with new prospects, nurturing relationships, and coordinating marketing campaigns that make a real impact.
This role is all about building our profile and pipeline simultaneously: from researching the next big client opportunity and preparing pitch decks, to scheduling content for social channels and shaping our thought leadership pieces. You’ll work alongside our Marketing Director and Business Director (as well as the wider studio) to ensure that Shaped By’s work and values shine through in every aspect of our communications.

1. A flair for organisation: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks, prioritising effectively and keeping the wheels turning on time-sensitive projects.
2. Proactive pipeline building: Supporting new business activities with thorough research, prospecting and pitch preparation – you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or drop that well-timed email.
3. Campaign coordination: Assisting with marketing initiatives, from social media management and website updates to content creation (think blog posts, case studies, and award entries).
4. Analytical mindset: Tracking the performance of campaigns, events and outreach, and sharing insights that help us refine our approach.
5. Strong communication skills: You’re friendly, confident and respectful, with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively with teammates and clients.
6. A passion for creativity: You love being around creative work and helping it connect with the right audience – your eye for detail and storytelling is key here.
7. Adaptability: Comfortably switch between hands-on marketing tasks and new business support, thriving in a fast-paced environment and seizing every chance to learn.
