We are looking for someone with a background as a Reception Manager, Senior Receptionist, or Reception Supervisor in a corporate environment, with expertise in meeting room management. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Oversee a small front-of-house team, providing guidance, support, and hands-on assistance when required. Meeting Room Management : Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably maintained, manage bookings, and oversee the setup for board meetings and events. Hands-On Reception Duties : Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience. Service Excellence : Uphold and deliver 5-star customer service standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm’s values.
