As the Customer Service Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing stock that is held at our customers' premises.You will be the main point of contact for customer stock queries and play a key role in developing customer relationships through knowledge & education.
Responsibilities:
* Work across a multi-site customer base in East Anglia.
* Follow a schedule of customer stock visits and diarise follow-up visits.
* Carry out desktop analysis to identify customer stock anomalies and recommend actions.
* Where overstocking is found, withdraw excess stock from customer premises.
* Educate customers on stock control procedures and their importance to both the customer and the servicing laundry.
* Build customer relationships to further aid account retention and contract renewals.
* Carry out full administration and CRM updates following a stock count.
* Share relevant information with your line manager and the business in a timely and professional manner.
* Identify new prospects while visiting existing customers within the region.
* Act upon feedback from our driver debrief process and other colleagues’ insights (e.g., overstocking, static deliveries, etc.).

* Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
* Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and plan work to meet deadlines.
* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality and build relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds.
* A proactive, dynamic approach to your work.
* Excellent IT, verbal, and written communication skills, including previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Full training will be provided for the use of in-house CRM software.
* Full, clean driving licence.
