The Role
This role offers a unique chance to join a market-leading Construction team that advises on all stages of the development lifecycle. From project inception to dispute resolution, you'll provide expert counsel to high-profile international clients, developers, leading UK housebuilders, and major surety companies.
As part of the team, you'll manage a diverse caseload that includes high-stakes litigation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings. You'll also hone your expertise in alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation, conciliation, and expert determination, tailoring strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for your clients.
Your work will span major standard forms of construction and engineering contracts, as well as professional negligence claims. This variety ensures you'll gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters, while collaborating with some of the most respected legal minds in the field.
The Ideal Candidate
* Be a qualified Construction Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
* Have a strong grounding in both contentious and non-contentious Construction matters
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build lasting client relationships
