Job Description RegistereNurse - Day Shifts £20 per hour - paid breaks 36 hours per week (3 x 12 hr shifts) Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for day shifts in our clients vibrant nursing home in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks applicable to nursing home settings. What We’re Looking For: Nursing Certification: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin. Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices relevant to nursing home care. Care Documentation: Experience in writing care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans for nursing home residents. Regulatory Understanding: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLS. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and the nursing team. Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and within a team in a nursing home setting.
