Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and looking to develop your finance career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Finance Shared Services team, providing essential financial support across key functional areas.
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Processing financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims
* Assisting with budget monitoring, reconciliations, and reporting
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices
* Acting as a first point of contact for finance-related queries, delivering excellent customer service
What will you bring to the role?
* GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
* Foundation level financial qualification (e.g. AAT) and actively studying towards full qualification, or willingness to undertake such studies
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a good understanding of databases and spreadsheets
* Experience of answering enquiries, particularly of a financial nature
