Key Responsibilities Support the full process of onboarding and migrating new clients onto the company's system with administratrative and customer service support. Manage the team inbox, ensuring timely responses. Create and manage sales and compliance reports using Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Maintain and update the central database of client accounts. Draft and send agreements and amendments to clients for service launches and contract changes. Person Specification Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports, data entry, and project documentation. Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proactive problem-solver with a self-motivated, can-do attitude. Strong team player with a professional and approachable manner.
