Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
* Excellent pay rates - £12.70 - £13.90 per hour, plus double pay for bank holidays

Care Assistant Responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
* Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
* Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
* Personal care - supporting our clients with essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, previous experience in health and social care or a customer service role is beneficial. We will provide all the training required for the position.
You must have good people skills, be calm, and able to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the clients. A willingness to learn is also essential for the role of a Care Professional, as each client is different and no two days are exactly the same.
