Let’s Talk about the Role
You as Visual Merchandiser will be responsible to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our store and drive sales. As a Visual Merchandiser, your role will involve creating displays visually in line with the global guidelines for flagship stores, implementing unique merchandising strategy, and ensuring consistency across all visual efforts within the store. You’ll collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and other staff to create compelling displays that attract customers and enhance brand awareness.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
1. Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy that aligns with brand and store guidelines.
2. Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays throughout the store to lead customers through the entire shopping experience.
3. Analyse sales and implement Visual Merchandising action plans accordingly.
4. Produce window displays, signs, interior layouts, and special promotions displays to attract prospective customers.
5. Monitor inventory levels and restock displays as needed to maintain visual consistency.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products to incorporate them into displays.
7. Collaborate with suppliers and source assets for visual merchandising.
Skills for Success
You should be an energetic, friendly team player, with:
1. Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser in store.
2. Demonstrable visual design skills, including experience with window displays, signs, and interior layouts.
3. Ability to analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results.
4. Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
5. Creative and innovative thinker who can transform a vision into reality.
6. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools would be a plus.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Available to follow store schedules, including weekends and festivities.
