As a court security officer for G4S, Variety is guaranteed, where no two days are the same. A typical week will involve;
maintaining the safety & security of our customers' staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. Other elements of the role will include:
Engaging and assisting a wide range of stakeholders within the Judicial system
The opportunity to enhance and develop your security expertise by operating in an environment with an integrated blend of people, systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of business
Be an ambassador for G4S & NICTS ensuring a positive customer experience for all court user Working industry friendly shift patterns in a great team environment
The Ideal Candidate
If you are aged 18 or over and are a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service all times, then this could be the career for you! A good understanding of IT is beneficial and as mentioned before, whilst it would be a benefit to have some previous security experience together with your SIA license, it’s not essential.
For the right Candidate We provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) license training to help you on your way to a career in security. It is essential that the candidate has or can obtain Cournter Terrorism Check Level cleanance.
Our contractual requirements mean that you will generally be working a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working day shifts. However, we may ask for some flexibility depending on business needs.
