A Client Services Administrator is required for my Harlow based client. Joining an existing team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, reviewing cases, and providing reports.

You will be responsible for issuing legally compliant documents to clients, reviewing cases, and providing regular updates to your manager. Previous communication/interaction with clients is essential for this Client Services Administrator job, along with a high level of accuracy.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reviewing cases and case holdings to ensure service level agreements are being met.
2. Liaising with clients via telephone, email, and secure messaging.
3. Monitoring the diary, mailboxes, and completing daily tasks.
4. Creating system-generated reports based on the client’s requirements.
5. Updating and maintaining internal systems, including activity logging and client account information.
6. Dealing with daily post.
Skills and Experience
1. Previous experience dealing with clients in an office environment.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Existing administration experience.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Good organisational skills.
6. IT literate – proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
7. Good level of general education to GCSEs or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent.
