Boston Hale is working with one of London's leading non-profit institutions, looking for an Interim Assistant Financial Accountant.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing and posting monthly journals
* Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts
* Maintaining the sales ledger and invoicing process
* Managing the agreed credit control process
* Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
* Setting up new customers on the system
* Assisting the year end accounting process including dealing with audit requests
* Assisting in preparing statutory accounts
* Experienced in month end procedures
* Experienced in assisting in audits
* Experience in a sales ledger function of an organisation
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office.
