Operations Administrator
Location: Rochester, Kent
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (30 min paid lunch, 2x15 min unpaid breaks)
Pay Rate: £11.64 p/h
Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work
We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator for our client based in Rochester. Our client is a large automotive company and has operations throughout the UK.
The Role:
As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing general office administration, such as handling phone calls, emails, and site enquiries.
2. Managing a PDI contract, coordinating with customers and external contractors.
3. Arranging tasks such as vehicle delivery, collection, and PDI checks.
4. Organising vehicle fitments, ply lining, and other modifications as required.
5. Ensuring smooth communication with clients and tracking project progress.
