Kent – HR Business Partner – Salary Flexible DOE – Technology
My client are leaders in technology and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing and are looking for an HR Business Partner.
Main Duties:
* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision making
* Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR related matters
* Manage complex employee relation issues, including disciplinary, grievance processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law
* Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert guidance to resolve workplace conflicts
* Develop, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices
* Provide training to managers on employment law
Key Skills:
* Experience within an HR Business Partner type role
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 Qualified
* Experience of employee relations
The salary for the position is flexible depending on experience.
