As our new Amazon Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a range of strategies that will enhance our brand visibility and sales performance on the Amazon platform, via organic growth and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and maintaining compelling and optimized seller central listings to maximize visibility and sales
* Uploading informative and engaging A+/EBC/storefront content to enhance our brand's presence on the platform
* Proactively addressing and resolving negative feedback on Seller Central to maintain a positive brand image
* Monitoring the buy box and implementing strategies to improve performance
* Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and potential revenue loss
* Setting up and reporting on KPIs, driving continuous improvement and growth
* Regularly assessing the health of the account and taking necessary actions for optimization
* Collaborating with Seller Support by raising tickets when needed
* Utilising flat file uploads to manage bulk operations effectively
* Responding promptly to all Seller Central messages within 24 hours
* Creating, managing and optimising Amazon sponsored ad campaigns while keeping to budget
* Monitoring new Amazon features and industry trends
Experience:
* Amazon Account Management: 3+ years (required)
* Amazon Seller Central: 3+ years (required)
Personal Specification:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
* Experience with Amazon PPC and Organic Listings: Proven track record in managing pay-per-click campaigns and optimising organic listings
* Knowledge of Amazon's Platform: Up-to-date understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform (Vendor Central knowledge would also be beneficial), advertising console, algorithms and best practices
* Copywriting Skills: High level of proficiency in copywriting for advertising, listing creation and report writing
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights
* Time Management and Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Eligibility to Work in the UK: Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
