If you answered yes, we have the perfect role for you. Our central HR Operations team based in the Atria Offices in Bolton is expanding rapidly to meet the needs of the business. In this busy role you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. You will manage and coordinate all queries, updates, and requests across the entire business via our central HR telephone number and email inbox. As the face of HR, this office-based role requires you to have a knowledge of general HR, a sense of urgency and also keen customer service skills. To be successful in this role you will have good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be personable, yet professional always. We are looking for someone that is able to work proactively to meet the customer’s needs and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders of all levels. As HR Administrator you will be confident in dealing with conflict situations and supporting managers to come to the right solutions. What we are looking for: Experience of working with confidential information and databases (preferably with HR systems) Previous experience working within a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. Confident use of Microsoft Office packages Databases and speaking on the phone in a professional capacity Able to deal with conflict situations when dealing with enquiries. Excellent effective time management and prioritising skills. Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes. Problem-solving and positive attitude.
