Responsible for managing commercial relationships with Colt's provider and 3rd party supplier including negotiations and contractual aspects in support of revenue retention and generation.
Job Summary
As a Carrier Relations Manager you will manage end-to-end 3rd party commercial relationship with telecommunication providers including negotiations and contractual aspects, supporting the sales teams and wider carrier community in support of revenue retention and generation.
Job Description
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Manage commercial relationship with 3rd party providers in connectivity to support revenue retention and generation.
2. Responsible for supplier/partner strategy and manages performance against cost savings targets.
3. Achieves optimal access and network solutions with the providers to support Colt's customers.
4. Reporting regularly to leadership with insights and highlights, as well as areas for improvement on performance and spend.
5. Develops and drives strong stakeholder relationships to help deliver cost-effective solutions in line with quality criteria.
6. Supports and drives network and optimisation initiatives to achieve profitable revenue growth.
7. Drive access solutions for key customer bids.
