The Job: Reporting into the Engineering Manager, lead and manage projects to modernise and automate the factory Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement control strategies to enhance efficiency. Interacts with maintenance and production employees to resolve issues and identify opportunities. Provide technical guidance and support, training and foster professional development with production and maintenance employees. The Person: Ideally Degree or HNC in Electrical or Controls Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in industrial controls Proficient in programming languages and control device networks including, but not limited to Siemens, Allen Bradley, and ABB. Experienced with HMI design, PID loops, Machine networking Good communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills important.
