Senior Lettings Administrator - East Finchley
Office Based: Monday to Friday
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000
Our client is a long-established, professional estate agency operating in the North London area, covering all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes. They are looking for a Senior Lettings Administrator to join their friendly, energetic team. Priding themselves on staff training, promoting future development and long-term career progression, they seek candidates with previous experience as a Lettings Administrator or those starting their career within the property sector. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Prepare tenancy agreements.
* Complete referencing process.
* File progression.
* Effectively manage the office diary system.
* Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electric checks, and EPC.
* Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
* Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
* Update website property details.
